I'm not sure if i've been phished :S

Steam says that I have been phished because the ip address of my actual location does not match with my ip address of my current login attempt info. But the problem is that neither of the ip address's match with my ACTUAL ip address. It also says that I can't connect to the steam clouds because I have logged into this Steam account on another machine. The only other machine I've logged into this steam account with is my phone. I think this only started to happen yesterday night around 12:30 (UK time). I'm really confused and do not know what to do. :S

Start by changing your password and deauthorizing all other machines via your Steam Guard settings. You should also check out your email access history and if you see anything suspicious change your email password too (something different from Steam password).

Do you recall signing into any suspicious links recently?

Yes. There should be an "Last account activity" message in the bottom right corner of your inbox. Click "Details".

Ok, i've done it. It says the ip address of the current login attempt info along with access types such as: Atom feed and Browser (Chrome).

Does anything not look familiar? Countries of access, browsers used, dates/times, etc? If no then your email probably is okay.

The ip address that is shown, is not my ip address. And it says that this started on Febuary 2nd. Should I change my e-mail password?

When looking up your IP address, are you sure you're looking at your external IP address?:

http://www.whatismyip.com/

There is another ip that is unusual on my activity information as well though. It was on my e-mail an hour ago :S

I also can't get onto Dota 2 because I can't connect to the steam clouds. It says that it cannot sync because I have appearently gone onto it on another machine. :S
