"file upload failed: 2" HELP!!

I'm trying to upload screenshots for my latest workshop item...but steam keeps refusing them with "file upload failed: 2" I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED AND IF I DON'T UPLOAD ANY SCREENSHOTS, THE ITEM WILL BE UNPOPULAR!!!

It means your filename is a problem...heaven forbid the error say that. Remove any "special" characters and try again. For example I get that vague stupid error for 0-November 03 2022 12:16:16.png. Remove the : and - and it works.

ERROR: Could not upload file to Steam Workshop, error code 2

Since 3 am, 20-04-2023 and still not fixed the problem.
