"file upload failed: 2" HELP!!

I'm trying to upload screenshots for my latest workshop item...but steam keeps refusing them with "file upload failed: 2" I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED AND IF I DON'T UPLOAD ANY SCREENSHOTS, THE ITEM WILL BE UNPOPULAR!!!

Anyone try switching the language back and forth like I suggested? I haven't had to reupload anything, but that seemed to be the fix for me.

On a side note, Steam Support feels like it's run by bots that link you to procedures based on keywords they find in the support ticket. Pretty frustrating when you need an actual human response.

I get the same error i want ro upload my work i cant say "failed to upload file"
Someone can help ?

This is happening for me RIGHT NOW!! I cannot add any mods to any collections, cannot upload screenshots, cannot get the screenshot steam keybinding to work, this is second day now unable to use Steam!!

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

We apologize for the delay.

Please exit Steam and go to the folder called C:\Program Files\Steam\ (this is the default location for a Steam installation - if you set a different installation directory, you will need to browse to it).

Delete all of the files in this folder except:

- Steamapps and Userdata folders

- Steam.exe (this file is listed as an application and features the black and white Steam logo)

Restart your computer.

Then, launch Steam.exe from within the Steam installation folder, and not from a pre-existing shortcut.

With Steam running, re-test the original issue.

Note: This process will not affect your currently installed games.

If the issue persists, make sure your network is optimized for Steam:

I tried to create a guide when being logged in a browser. It can't have anything to do with my Steam installation, because I'm just using a browser! So this is NOT a sollution for anything and deleting those files could result only more problems.
