They both offer a lot of things to do beside killing things: exploration, mining, building your home... Sadly, in case with those, setting up multiplayer may be tricky if you are not a technically-minded person like me.
Dungeon Defenders is another game that might interest her - while the game is about killing things, the focus is on planning your defenses rather than just mindlessly shooting/hacking enemies. (The game has action elements as well, but those are secondary to building proper defenses.)
And what about strategies & TCGs?
I absolutely loved Dead Space on console, never played the 3rd so it'll be a good experince with her. And I think she'll like it thank ya man :3

I didn't know Sanctum was co-op XD I'll deff. check that out
Yeah I know how to run servers. I film for youtube so it was essiential I learned how to run a server for my friends to film. And I think she'll love Starbound. I clocked like 50 hours in Terraria and already sick of it, I know she would enjoy it but I wont. Thank ya man :3
