Missing Left 4 Dead 2 Game on My Account

When I try to download or play Left 4 Dead 2 on my Steam account, I can't find it in my library, when I go to the game's page on store, it says I already own the game, obviously, because I bought it a long time ago, and now it's just disappeared from my account. When I click at Play on its game page, it starts downloading Team Fortress 2!!!

Can someone help me? I tried to contact steam support and it's been almost a week waiting for a solution, but they did not answered me.

I have the same problem as you for over a week! I know were the game is, search your valve games, one of them will have a duplicate name but all the achivements and info of LD2... the worse? you can't install or play because you will get the error "game not found" or "missing gameinfo.txt" .. welcome to the group --'

In my Steam at the moment I have 2x the game Portal, 2x Team Fortress and 1x Cs Source that I don't own... let's wait until a mod sees this...

It could be relevant if you did the flushconfig instructions.

It's not something as simple as your game filter... is it?
As in you have it set to installed games.

Mod is probably not gonna help you. If you want official help you'll have to keep waiting.
