Dear Customer,

Please send a photo or a scan of the front and back of your ID card, passport or driving license (a valid government issued document in colour, which has not expired) with hand-written order number on a paper.

We are required to ask you of this as a security measure, so we can be assured that we are dealing with legitimate client, not a scammer.

The information that we want to see is your name, last name, city you live in and the documents expiry date. Other information (photo, serial number etc.) are not important for us and can be hidden.

Please be assured that this is a common procedure, you would be asked for the same by Paypal and many other companies which deal with customers online.

It is a one-off procedure and once it has been completed, we will destroy any and all copies of your identification document.
This is a one time procedure.

You will not be asked to provide this information in any further transactions with Kinguin.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this process.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Ana

Never give your password to anyone. This company sounds very unprofessional, I doubt that this kind of shop even is an authorized reseller.

Good Christ. They want your username and password? And for you to disable Steam Guard?

You might as well just send them all your credit cards, your social, and your birthdate.

Anybody who buys stuff from these people should be banned from ever using Steam.
Please stop dealing with this site. Write off whatever you wasted with them and only buy from legit resellers like Amazon and GMG.

I don't think this scam could get anymore obvious. How could you actually fall for this?

Small price to pay. Stop dealing with these shady sites and you won't have to learn anymore lessons.

NO ONE needs your password and account name. EVER.

This is not a standard procedure as they claim. I suggest you change your password right away AND turn on SteamGuard.

Can we just add that websit to the URL filters. People keep thinking it's 'legit'

You and I were just in a thread about this very same topic -- shady 3rd party resellers. LOL

Just because you 'get something' doesn't mean it's not a shady cd-key shop. It is. It infact owns ALL THE SUB SITES listed on that site. It's a scam 'aggregator' that aggregates shops IT OWNS and gives you a 'choice'.

Hahah. ♥♥♥♥ yeah man. I'm gald you got a working key. I only purchased one thing there. Primordia steam key and I was lucky I guess. Whenever I'm browsing their site I just don't feel safe there. Maybe it's stupid, but there are just too many voices about shady practices and questionable business practices.
Anyway HF with the game.

Have no clue why you insist on buying from this type of outlet but its not worth any discount on games they offer you. Your just begging to have your account stolen.
Doddery Feb 3, 2014 @ 1:01am
