what the heck ? Radeon 5450 is much worst then radeon 2350 ??

Hi guys..


since yesterday i got alot of BSOD errors ( blue screen of death ) so i went out and gave my pc to a technical i know! he said that my gfx ( radeon 2350 ) became bad and i should upgrade it , on that time i foun only AMD RADEON 5450 HD DDR3 3GB so i thought it would be much better then the old 1 and so i bough it and came back to him jumping from happiness after i replaced it with the old 1 i installed it's driver and sai that i will get a better fps on cs go but since it's not installe on my pc i tested it on cs 1.6 for 3 mins everything went smooth but suddenly i got an fps drop to 30 then it sticke btw 50-30 while i used to get 80-100 fps with the old 1 , and ofc i disabled vsync and changed everything to high performances !

Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2140 @ 1.60GHz
2,00 GB NANYA TECHONOLOGY DDR2
ATI Radeon HD 5400 Series 1791 MB Total available graphics memory (the driver is up to date)

NOTES :
someone told me that this may be ue to my weak processor or ram

i have a very low budget and i'm collecting cent by cent to get 2gb ram

getting a new processor will be impossible to me

Your spelling and grammar are almost as atrocious as your hardware.

The 5450 is leaps and bounds ahead of what you were previously using. If you are getting only half the FPS you were previously getting then it is a configuration issue.

Also, most visuals in CS 1.6 are handled by the CPU and not the GPU, so you shouldn't be expecting better framerates on that.

Chaz yep i'm not from usa or europe , sry for my bad english .
and my question is how to get better fps ?
Canti may i know how to fix that configuration issue ? i can give u a pic for my configs in the graphic card
