What does this mean? I got no items in my inventory?! what do i do?!

That might be your problem. I know that in TF 2 if you get vaced you lose all the items you got from drops or trades.

I haven't heard of it stopping you from getting new ones though.

Yeah but i mean, i can't even gift, cus thats what i wanted to do, i dont play cs anymore... Wanted my brother to get a colored rifle.
