TRIDEF 3D not working with STEAM

Hello everyone,
The latest update to the Steam PC platform has caused all my Steam Games to stop working with the TriDef 3D software. The Games in Steam still work normally, but just not in 3D with the TriDef software. TriDef still works with non-Steam Games though. In the TriDef Games properties there is the 'rungameid' present also, as reading another thread it said that needs to be there for TriDef to work but it has not made any difference.
When I start 'Launch' a Game within the TriDef window there is something that unpacks/installs every time before the games starts, it is that quick I have not been able to see what it is....the game proceeds to start but not in 3D....any answers on how to fix.
I have 3x LG D2770 3D monitors set up in triple screen....triple screen 3D in just magic :)

TriDef and Steam have worked amazingly well for me in the past number of years that I have had it, one Steam Update has stopped all that...Any answers appreciated.

3d vision is working fine though, and thats the majority of gpus (nvidia)

Hi,
I got a request from Steam-Support. Flushing the Steam Configs to base wasn´t successfully.
I´ll be waiting for a new Steamupdate hoping it will solves the bug.

The latest Steam patch seemed to fix the TriDef problem of not being able to play games in 3D. So far my Sim Games are working great...will still keep the clone back up though just in case. I did however create Desktop Shortcuts of my Games, then Drag and Drop the Shortcut into the Tridef Desktop Launcher and checked the Game properties of that game in TriDef to see if the 'run game ID' was in there, in the 'Command Line Arguments (optional)' space and it is. Also checked the 'Executable File' from the drive it is accessing is also correct.
eg C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe....if this does not work, try finding the actual game .exe in the 'SteamApps' > 'common' folder by clicking the 'Browse' button and loading that. Also one final thing I had to do is when the game started and you are ready to go, and it still is not in 3D try pressing 'alt+shift+v' keys to activate 'Virtual 3D' from the TriDef software.
I am also using version 1.6.5 of the TriDef Software for my LG 3D Monitors as the latest version 1.8.5 does not work well for me....so try an older version of TriDef...maybe that will work.

Hmm, strange!
I tried reinstalling the Beta-Version of Steam when the problem starts last weekend but it didn´t helped. Only deinstallation of the whole client and reinstalling the Beta today results in a working Tridef. This current Beta shows a higher versionnumber than the Beta 5 days ago.

So, Thx to Valve solve our Tridef-Problem. Without a statement but a Fix is a Fix ;).

Now we can enjoy the Real Third Dimension of gaming again!
