Is it possible to merge 2 accounts that are under one email address?
I got my main that has 15 games and another one that only has 3; TW:Shogun2, SW:KOTOR 1&2 . Is there a way for my 3 game account to be merged into my main? Its quite a hassle to switch accounts just to play my other 3 games.

No, you cannot merge accounts.

Information: Steam Support > SteamID, Steam Account Names, Merging Accounts and Deleting Accounts

However, although it is currently limited, you may be interested in Steam Family Sharing: http://store.steampowered.com/sharing/

No lol, I just forgot the account information on the other one so I decide to just make a new main
