MW3 product key in use

i know you arn't supposed to buy second hand games but i didn't realize it was a steam game so i have MW3 but it's product key is in uses so i can't use it so if there is anything i can do or if i can pay a small fee to get the code and i bought it of Amazon so i don't think i can so if A) i can get a new code for a small fee or B) link to a free code or something

Three is nothing you can do except go back to the person you bought it from and ask for a refund

NEVER buy Steam games off of ebay or other non-authorized resellers.

the small fee is the price of the game but you should send it back for a refund.
