Report a translation problem
You could try running the EXE for the game directly. Go to folder:
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\
Look for a folder called "Rust" or something similar. Run the .exe file in there. The right file will say "application" in the "type" column.
If there is no rust folder it probably hasn't downloaded the game at all, which is probably related to the issues with steam at the moment. See related threads for info on that:
