Deleting Screenshots problem (PC)
Old client I had 2 ways of deleting screenshots.
1 - Delete from Screenshot Manager.
2 - Delete from File Explorer folder, delete image in Screenshot Manager now replaced by triangle with exclamation mark in it.

New client only method #1 works.
This results in any screenshot deleted in File Explorer getting replaced in Screenshot Manager with the triangle with exclamation mark in it being stuck permanently in your list of screenshots as seen here.

Used to also be able to add screenshots to online profile not taken through Steam in game overlay but now cannot. The image below I had to add to an external site.
