Monarchy Simulation Games

Is there any 3rd person monarchy simulation game where you can manage your kingdom, conquer nearby lands, form troops, listen to people, have events and big festivals, explore the country side on your horse, deal to assassins, etc..

I only recall Total ware series or Shogun2 have them, but if you want more actions game like "listen to people"

you might want to play Bethesda games like skyrim or fallout, im sure there might be one game with all but not then its 3rd person games

and then it dont fit with form armys, im not sure such game is made, not if all only most be 3'rd parson game view, maybe other know one , atm i think total war game serie might be what you looking for.

im sure someday a game might have all , but atm i dont think i ever seen a strategic game with RPG and in 3rd person view, thats made open world.

game can be to huge, unless graphic is reduce to lesser, the new pc might can handle it, but still require a game devs or game devs's make team work on such a huge project. or it will never been done,

problem is you made 3rd view a issue , and that change things.
