Can't right click with ROG Ally

I can't right click on the games in my library. Steam disables the mouse function. Holding down the titles does nothing. Please help.

Steam doesn't disable the mouse function. Both the desktop and the console interface take the mouse just fine.
What input does the Ally use for the secondary mouse button? The Deck, for example, uses the 2 triggers for the 2 mouse buttons.

It uses the trigger buttons but the mouse function for the Ally is disabled in Steam. It just doesn't work when I use the left thumbstick or triggers.

... which raises the question on how exactly mouse input works in the Ally's tech stack. Certainly not on the hardware level as that isn't affected by what app got focus. That leaves the assumption that Asus' Armory Crate handles mouse input (similar to Steam doing it on the Deck). Can you please check that?

I don't think it is Armoury Crate that detects the mouse. In all other areas you just move the right thumbstick and a mouse appears.

I don't know how to tell if Armoury Crate is responsible for the mouse function.

I figured it out. You have to go to the Command Center and change the control mode to Desktop.

It didn't help me, my a4tech x7. It does not work with ally, but the usual cheap one without a wire works
