Stolen Account Assistance (Not mine, but a friend's)

A friend of mine recently got his account stolen. How do I know this? He called me on Discord, claiming that he got scammed. I asked him how it happened? He said that his account was falsely reported, and that he needed to authenticate, and send a verification code. And then one thing turned into another, and he lost his account; his email, his phone number, and the password were all changed on his account. What can I do to help him?
