My PC can't run games for a longer period of time
Hello everyone!

A couple of months ago I built my own pc, it cost me around 4 hours and 800 dollars to do so.

Here are my specs:

MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX

AMD Ryzen 5 3600

Corsair 16 GB DDR4-2666 Kit

Asus DUAL-RX580-O8G

Cooler Master MWE 750 White

Kingston A2000 1TB SSD

Antec NX100 Midi Tower

Now when I try to run games, any game, after some time my pc shuts itself down and I get a black screen. I can still hear the sound of the game and a video if I was watching it simultaneously but I can't control anything anymore. After a couple of seconds my screen says that it has no signal and that it can't find a cable. The temperatures of my GPU and CPU don't exceed the usual temperatures, at the time of shutting down my GPU is anywhere between 68 to 74 degrees celsius

The things I have tried so far:

Changing HDMI cables

Deleting and installing new drivers

Updating drivers

Going in to properties of CS:GO, Valorant and Assasin's Creed and other games

Reseated the GPU

Playing with open case

None of these have worked so far, if anyone knows what to do, please help

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Your graphics card may be broken. Sounds like that.
Unplug the computer and build the grafic card carefully in again.
Something's wrong with your Graphics Card try plugging it again :ss2heart:
Can you please rule out, all Driver and Bios update.

Asus DUAL-RX580-O8G and remove OC use standard settings to ruleout own problem.
and thats AMD support issue now. DDU / reinstall driver.

assume ofc. you did that, but you did not mention it

ps.
nothing prevent you with stress test app, i bet you cant make a burn test, or you dont know such 24hour test, also know as stability test on pc.

100%cpu work load and same with GPU , anc can it cool enough with fans, im not sure you know this remove cover can ruin the Air Flow, and actual make pc componet with more heat.

just because we other do such stress test or max loading, is to avoid things go down with normal game usage.

if all this is to complcated for you i bet the other here can explan it better.

gl with it.

You dont need 24hr test. You start it up, let it run until temp does not change (if its still in safe region). Then you start your games/programms and check temps with them as well.

That already tells you if its good to go. And stability you will see while using the pc.

If you have concerns about your pc, you should not let it run in a stress test while you are away or sleeping.

yeah as Muppet among Puppets , point out you dont need 24hour, then you cant 5-10 minute with a game, hell no you can do it with max load at 10minute.

my load test is then you think it seem stable enough, then return the setting learn is it the OC at GPU or is other things at PC . still you that need to test it anyway . gl with it.

if you think computer store dont do such think again. what the point people return a pc that cant hold what its build for.

but yeah you get the idea with Muppet among Puppets and me try explan to you.
