I switched computers and subnautica disappeared!

so a while back, I got subnautica, played, and forgot about it. I return on a new computer and lo and behold my steam library does not hold subnautica. I am also missing portal, portal two, and portal stories: mel(i re-downloaded portal stories though because its free). I apparently have it on the windows store, and that could be my sibling, but that won't work because I am trying to use the mod Nitrox (nitrox.rux.gg). I have also tried logging out and back in, which didn't help. Please help me. (side note - I also notice that the price for the portal and portal two have been jacked significantly. It used to be that you could get both for 2 or 3 dollars and now its 15)
