Saitek AV8R-01 flight controller
If this joystick worked in steam Flight Sim World and Eurotruck then Why does it not work in Cliffs of Dover and MotoGP20 ??

Because not all games support it.
The usual cause is that it doesn't support XInput with games supporting nothing but XInput. But fear not, there's input mappers to solve the situation. Steam got one built-in, configure it for those two games.
