How to people get free copy of the game

When I look in reviews I see people who received the product for free, how people get this?

It's an optional check box when you write a review.

But it would help knowing which game you are referring to.

People can, as mentioned, simply click on a box on the review and claim to have gotten it for free. That doesn't mean it's true.
You can do the same.

But if you ask how people actually get it for "free"? Getting it gifted would be a good example.

You can buy games as a key because sometimes it is much cheaper. In this case, if you redeem that game in your account and post a comment, it will appear for others as a gift.
