"steamcommunity.com says failure code 15" - Fix? Maybe.

I was having trouble with this error while trying to make a guide for Dying Light. I was getting really upset because of this, because I couldn't save anything or delete the guide.
I searched the internet about this, I saw a lot of people complaining about this problem too, but without any solution.

Turns out I "got it sorted".

It was ALWAYS when I pasted this same text, I got error 15. So I started to think that it could be the way I had written the text, some detail was causing the error.
I was spacing paragraphs of the guide text with 3 "Enter" between them. Something told me that this could be causing a malfunction in Steam's text checking system. So instead of 3 "Enter", I started using a horizontal line image that I made.
Basically this stopped giving error 15.

Honestly, I don't know what the problem with the 3 "Enters" was, but removing them stopped the error.
So if you're also having a problem with this error, maybe it's something in the way you're writing.
Note: If you are stuck and therefore cannot change the text. I waited a while until it unlocked, to try changing it again. It unlocked after a while.

I didn't see anyone talking about a possible solution, so I decided to record something here that solved it for me. (at least in this case)
