USD shopping system will start on Steam for countries such as Argentina and Turkey on November 20, but will people in Turkey continue to purchase Turkish lira for top-up and balance? Or will the balance be purchased with USD?

I have a question regarding the top-up of the balance,

Would the Turkish region be changed to another if I top up the balance with another USD card(not Turkish)?

You can not use a USD wallet card to top up your MENA-USD Region account.

If I understand correctly, we can't use a USD gift card but we can still use our TL cards but converted to the current value? For 200 TL it's about $6 but you pay $12

What about a foreign credit card like euros or dollars? Will it work?

You use your local payment method that uses Liras from Turkey to make purchases.

No Euro or Dollar payment methods.

Well what it now works is
Tf2 keys and steam gift cards global or USD
You can now gift to other friends from other countries, foreign credit card won't work.
