"My Games" is listing all games

Something changed recently. It used to be that when you selected "My Games" when sorting your library, it would list only the games owned by the logged in Steam account. But now it is showing all games installed on the computer regardless of who owns them, thus negating this search option. Please fix.

Sad thing is you can search by someone else's owned games and it will show you just theirs, but you can't do that for yourself anymore.
