HELP - Counter Strike 1.6 not running, visual c++ issue!

this happened when half-life updated, which affects other games based on the same hl.exe file!
it says the following:
"assertion failed!

Program:C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\hw.dll
file:C:\buildslave\goldsrc_win32\build\GoldSr...\LoadBlob.cpp
Line: 90

Expression: NULL != hmoduleT"
anybody knows how to solve this?

Sorry for my bad English, go to the library Counter Strike features in the upper right corner settings, if you enable beta participation, the problem will be solved.

The game was starting and i was so happy that it works but then it crushed..
I'm crushed too :(
I just want to play CS :(

Enter steam
Select game cs 1.6 properties
select beta
and change from none to beta

How to fix Microsoft Visual C++ Assertion Failed with latest update


Right-Click Counter-Strike: Locate Counter-Strike in your Steam library and right-click on it.

Select 'Properties': From the context menu, choose 'Properties'.

Open 'Betas' Tab: In the Properties window, navigate to the 'Betas' tab.

Choose Beta in Dropdown: Next to 'Beta participation', click on the dropdown menu and select 'beta'.

BOTÃO DIREITO EM CIMA DO COUNTER STRIKE 1.6> VAI EM CONFIGURAÇÕES > BETA E ATUALIZAR.
DEPOIS SÓ ENTRAR NO GAME!
