Ordering a steam deck in the UK

Trying to order a steam deck but confused to what to put for the address. A search on the internet says state/province should be my city. So what am I supposed to put for city ?

can anyone help me?

State/Province would be North Yorkshire for example.

My Province would be the same as my city then which makes no sense to me

No, state is equivalent to county in the UK. For example Nottingham is the city field, Nottinghamshire is the state field.

That's the trouble with the internet anybody can publish stuff, no matter how wrong it is.

I just did a quick search and found one site claiming the individual countries that make up the UK are the equivalent of states.

Go to Google/Apple/whatever maps, point to your location, and see the full address, with province name. Sometimes name of the city and province are really the same, if the city is also administrative unit.

Also, you can see your address in any incoming mail, or in the food delivery email.

leave state/province blank, put door number,address,postcode,city,phone number

i think(pretty sure)state/province is just if you are buying from Canada or US

the form didnt throw an error when i left it blank and purchase was successful

the decks ship from local suppliers iirc, thats definitely enough information to find your house
