can u get refund for a game that is no longer available on steam

so i paid for fall guys here on steam that then got removed and i dont know if i can get a refund for the game or not i have not played the game for long at all i played it in total for aroud 50 minutes but its older then 2 weeks but like the game is not even on steam anymore so i have a game i cant play that i paid for and lost money :D
