How can I hear myself in my headset?

Hello everybody,

I hope I am explaining this correctly.

I once had a headset where you could hear yourself (without delay) in the headset, so you do not have this muffled feeling when talking or became louder and louder because you can hardly hear yourself. Can anyone tell me what this feature is called or if you can turn this on on any headset?

I have the HyperX Cloud 2 but can hardly find anything on this topic on the internet or in Windows. I have found some settings in Windows but then I have a delay of like half a second.
