I cant launch BO2

I just got the windows 10 update and i installed. after i installed it it wont let me launch black ops 2 zombies

What's the procedure; and what has you determine that you have an issue launching it?

Does it give you an error message; or what?

Go to library, right click on game, properties, local files and verify cache.

I run the shortcut and it says prepairing to run black Ops 2.. then an error pops up saying "missing executable" I clicked "see the steam site" and did what it said. " delete the appcache file" and I restarted my pc. still wont launch

Once again, verify the game cache.

Do what J4MES said and verify the cache.

If the problem persists, put the game's folder to your antivirus' real-time scan exceptions and then retry the cache verification once more.
