Report a translation problem
As I have dual graphics, my lower graphics was covering for my outdated higher graphics and it was so slow and it crashed almost instantely!
To do this, go to the website that made your graphics and find the version for your computer (Windows 10, 32x or 64x)
For example, to update mine I had to go to the AMD website to retrieve and re-install their drivers.

Although it really is a huge pain in the arse.
Anyway if anyone has same problem use M.G's way to fix
