Is my processor good enough for Skyrim?
I'd like to buy Skyrim, but I'm not sure if my processor is what the recommended specs require. It's a 4th gen Intel Core i5-4210U 1.7 GHz w/ Turbo Boost Tech up to 2.7 GHz. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me.

I don't think so. But what do the requirements say?

i5 are usually powerful, but yours is a mobile version, which is far weaker as their desktop counterparts. It has 4 cores, but the basic speed of that CPU is pretty low.
Another proof why laptops are a waste of money. If you game, always go desktop.

Should be enough for a non-HD-modded Skyrim though, assuming you have a good graphics card to support it. If you have a Intel HD, forget it.
