Renaming Main Steam Folder

I have been trying to play LSPD:FR on GTA V, but when I try to launch RageHook I get an error that says "Please rename Steam to Ragepluginhook.exe" (There's an extra space between Steam and Ragepluginhook.exe). I searched for people having the same problem and I only found one guy. He solved his issue by moving Grand Theft Auto V into his main steam library because he claimed that RageHook doesn't work in the second steam library. I only have one Steam library, but because of complications upon downloading Steam for the first time (I don't remember what went wrong) I ended up with two main Steam folders: Steam and Steam #2. The first Steam file didn't contain all the necessary folders (Steamapps, etc.) so I used the Steam #2 folder which did have all the correct files. I deleted the other Steam folder, but I can't rename the Steam #2 folder. I'm not sure if the fact that my Steam folder is named Steam #2 instead of Steam has something to do with RageHook not working. I haven't had any problems with any other games until this one. I have already asked for support on RageHook's forum, but I was never given help. If anyone has any suggestions on how to rename my main Steam Folder or just any helpful information pertaining to LSPD:FR or RageHook would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I have already tried turning off Anti-virus, re-installing LSPD:FR, updating RageHook, unblocking .dll files, verifying the game cache of GTA V, and even re-installing GTA V
