Does steam no longer support PayPals 'Pay After Delivery'?

Now I know what your gonna say, steam don't 'deliver', which is true, but they have always at least supported paypals 'Pay After Delivery' system which allows users to buy products and pay for them 14 days later. This was a fantastic service for someone like myself who only gets paid once every other week on a friday, allowing me to buy stuff in a sale or something even if I havent been paid yet allowing me to plan ahead.

However the past couple weeks I havent been able to use this service anymore causing me to miss a couple of daily deals or such that I would have normally gotten.

For a couple years at least. I've been using it for 2 years I'd say, but for some reason its stopped now.

I imagine it was stopped once the refund policy was introduced. Having refunds and this feature would carnage in terms of processing.

Aye that was my assumption on the matter, which sucks considdering how useful it was but yeah.

Get a credit card, they're invented for paying after buying.

You only pay interest if you don't pay it off. Be a smart consumer and don't spend more than you can afford and you'll be fine with a credit card.

This is exactly what credit cards do.

Regardless, I simply don't trust myself enough with a credit card to be honest. P.A.D just felt 'safer' and easier to keep track of for me.
