Can you elaborate? Why do you want to refund the game twice?

There is no rule that forbids you from refunding a game more than once.

Two weeks.

Two hours.

Maybe if you hae a good enough reason...but it's highly highly doubtful.

Assuming you bought a game. Refunded it purchased it again. And wanted to refund it again while still under a total of 2 hours of gameplay (over both purchases) and within 14 days of the second purchase. Yes you can refund it again. If you exceed the criteria even slightly I would imagine no you can't.

I wouldn't expect to get one in such a case. It's the "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me" principle.

Sure, you can do whatever you want as long as it is under two hours and within a fortnight but they are also at liberty to say no at some point if it smells fishy and even ban you from refunds altogether in severe cases so do it if it's genuinely a situation where you need a refund but don't make the same thing or similar cases a habit or it'll reflect badly on your account.

You can try just be aware. The play time from your first purchase will carry over, as will your ownership period.

There are possible reasons. You buy Fallout 3, it does not work on your PC and crashes. You get a refund. Then you find some patches to make it work and buy it again. The patches that are supposed to work does not work. Then you are bound to ask for a second refund.

might work

It will work. the thing is , th play time carries over I believe as does the ownership time. Example, if ytou buyt a game and refund it after four days, then you buy it again. you don't have two weeks to play it and test it. You have 10 days now.

You have 36 Hours in that game....

It does work, just remember the play time carries over. Play it for 1 hour the first time and an hour the second time you purchase and whammo. You've just burned your 2 hour grace period

He didn't say he did it today or yesterday.

True, but the statement still stands. Other people have successfully done it. CHances are. between his two pwnerships he racked up more than 2 hours.
