Got TeamSpeak hacked... HELP!

so i just recently got teamspeak hacked.. i had my trade offers set to where i would have to confirm through my email but i guess he was able to turn it off on my acocunt when he wasnt able to get into my gmail. i have the trade info and opened a ticket but this being my first time this has happened im just wanting to know what im getting into... What are the chances of me getting my items back? any help/advice is greatfully aperciated.

But the setting was on? And still he sent an offer to take your items?
These facts does not add up. Is the setting turned on now?

the e-mail confirmation for trades can only be disabled after an e-mail confirmation :)

the setting was turned on, he tried to hack my gmail but it cought that he was on an ip in russia and wouldnt let him in, somehow he then turned off the email verification to trade my items. i had to uninstal and reinstall steam client in order for it to connect again aswell.

i know for a fact i had the conformation turned on before the hack happened. when i got ocntrol of my act again i looked into the settings and it was turned off

That was all done through malware you installed when you downloaded that plugin/update that teamspeak server asked you for.

i know this now.. i know im in for a wait to even get a chance at getting my items back but im wondering how steam handles these ordeals.. its an obvious hack, the recieving act of my items is banned from trading it says aswell

That sounds like you misunderstood the text you read.
I bet that warning is that someone from Russia had LOGGED IN SUCSESSFULLY. They usually warn you that they saw an IP that might not be yours so you can change your password.
That would explain how they stole your stuff, they did log into your email and confirmed the trade.

That sounds like you misunderstood the text you read.
I bet that warning is that someone from Russia had LOGGED IN.
That would explain how they stole your stuff, they did log into your email and confirmed the trade.

it says someone tried to access my act with my password (i guess they have it at this point) but it goes on to say google denied them access to my account.

Hmm, maybe reread that message just to be sure...
If they didn't get in then how did they trade your stuff?

Go here and check your login history https://security.google.com/ And do all the things you can to be safe.

honestly its worded weird from google.. it shows someone else logged on but google says they prevented it (obviously not). I guess the only thing i can do is wait. do you know how long these things usually take to get taken care of?

I would change your email and steam passwords, scan your PC with malwarebytes and so on.
Maybe format your PC, who knows..
