Free Youtube Download Setup opens on Thief launch

Ive download Thief (EDIT: via steam) but instead of the final installation it always opens the setup of this crap
Ive found nothing on google or the steam boards
so i guess this is some sort of malware
although antimalwarebytes as well as SuperAntispyware doesnt find a thing
but even if i accept it still wont install since the download fails

What does the shortcut lead to to?
Sounds as if it isnt the shortcut for starting the game

yeah, there's some other app for mob phone saying it can get ppl naked. have u tried it already?

i also tried the exe in the game folder but same thing there
Redownloading would be the last thing I want to do, because my internet just sucks and thief has about 20 gb
But it seems thats my only option
