i live in sintang Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia,when i buy a steam wallet code online,it is us$ in my wallet,but in fact i live in indonesia now,i want IDR to buy my favourable game,i sent a message to customer service but no one reply me,what can i do,i just want steam help me change my currency to IDR,NOT US$

How do I change my wallet currency?
In most cases, your wallet currency will reflect your store country from the Account Details page. If you would like to update the currency of your Steam Wallet, you may either:
Complete a purchase using your new store country without using or applying any wallet funds from your old store country. After completing the purchase successfully, your wallet will update to the new country using daily exchange rates.
Contact Steam Support and request a Wallet conversion. You will need to attach to your ticket proof of residence in your new country for verification purposes. Examples of acceptable proof are your drivers license, ID card or Passport.

of course i dont use a vpn,

yes i'm chinese,but i live and worked in indonesia,the steam id is registered in indonesia and i never registered any steam id in china.

I use IDR buy a steam wallet code online(sea gamer mall),but in my steam wallet it changes to us$,

i read the links and sent my possport & work visa to customer service but no one response me

so,i dont know what should i do now
