Headset problems. Specifically Logitech g930.
Before I really get into this. The purpose is to share and see if there is any thing that can be done with this product or any other product that produces similar issues. Please... lol, I dont need to hear "Derp man get a new headset" or "Logitech is trash" Lets just assume I already know you think this.

I own a G930. I bought my first one back in 2011. It was actaully an amazing headset.

My first issue is that it would disconnect with the Dongle a lot. I figured out the issue that my wireless router was the problem. So I reconfigured the router and moved it a little further away and the issue never happened again unless I walked to far from the headset. (if any one has this issue the fix is easy)

About 4 months ago the Microphone on the headset broke off, and one of my keys were missing on my G19 Keyboard (a decent keyboard dispite it not being mechanical.)

So I sent them back to logitech which was a ♥♥♥♥ing hassle... I wanted to murder people...

So they send me back the orion spark keyboard, which is amazing, and they sent me back a new G930 Headset.

Everything was fine and dandy, I made sure my router was set correctly as to not interfere with the headset.

But here is my issue now. The headset frequently just turns off.... just powers off. Some of my logic here is trying to kick in and I just cannot be sure.

1. The headset and software just for whatever reason thinks there is no sound coming in or going out and it just turns off.
2. There is a battery problem where it either just thinks its dead, when it clearly says it has 10 hours left or it has some wiring issues.

Also, something that has come to my attention is that while I am on Teamspeak or Curse voice, people tell me that my microphone is clicking. I cannot be sure as to why this is happening either.

1. The microphone has wiring issues and it is creating this clicking noise.
2. The software is all fubar and it is generating this clicking noise.
3. Something outside of the microphone is creating this clicking noise... which... I... I cant even.

These two issues between it turning off and clicking have not happened to me before. With my old one, the only time it ever shut off is when it was actually out of batteries.

If anyone else is having these issues with the g930 or similar headsets whether or not they are Wireless or wired and have some input it would be amazing. I am planning on calling logitech and talking to someone overseas tomorrow.

Edit-

The clicking noise also happens when I manually mute the Microphone with the button.
