I have made a purchase that I regret...
So I recently, like 20 minutes ago bought 5100 gold ($19.95) on Heroes and Generals. But I regret it now I think of it.
I did not spend any of the gold and I was wondering if it is possible to get back my money, and give them back their gold?

You should be able to refund it, if you haven't used it yet.

Maybe, can you find the purchase here? https://help.steampowered.com/

DLC purchased from the Steam store is refundable within fourteen days of purchase, and if the underlying title has been played for less than two hours since the DLC was purchased, so long as the DLC has not been consumed, modified or transferred. Please note that in some cases, Steam will be unable to give refunds for some third party DLC (for example, if the DLC irreversibly levels up a game character). These exceptions will be clearly marked as nonrefundable on the Store page prior to purchase.

So maybe it wont work or maybe it will, try it. Dont play the game more than 2 hours since you bought it, maybe dont play at all.

Did you buy the gold from steam or from the games website?

Too late. "450 hrs on record"

Hm. It seems it's up to the devs of that game, if they want to enable refunds for in-game items. So if they don't allow it, tough luck.

Refunds on In-game Purchases
Steam will offer refund for in-game purchases within any Valve-developed games within forty-eight hours of purchase, so long as the in-game item has not been consumed, modified or transferred. Third-party developers will have the option to enable refunds for in-game items on these terms. Steam will tell you at the time of purchase if the game developer has opted to offer refunds on the in-game item you are buying. Otherwise, in-game purchases in non-Valve games are not refundable through Steam.

Refunds on Downloadable Content
(Steam store content usable within another game or software application, "DLC")

On the flipside, it says Steam Store.

Your money was bought inside the game.

Unsure of how it will go, but do check it out.

I had 25 euro's in my steam wallet. I went in-game (Steam game) and bought it from there.

I know, but it's technically not bought from the Steam Store.

Check if you have anything if you click Help > Steam Support (on top of the client) and navigate yourself to 'A Purchase'.
