EDIT: After doing some research, there is a page for troubleshooting the wireless 360 controller and the Wireless Gaming Receiver for Windows.

Here it is.. the thing is that W10 takes the Home button of the joypad as the activation command for the while-gaming recording app integrated in the system, linked to Xbox on PC.
That's why the pop-up of the Xbox360 Controller Manager doesn't show on screen at pushing the Home button. The happyness comes when you configures the app to don't come up when you press the home button. Then, the Manager works fine. At least for me. Tell me if it works for you as well.
