Doesn't matter. The refund just takes time. Like all support features that Steam has.

How it could have been bought by accident tho? Maybe it's a reason that is hard to understand.

so could that be the reason It takes so long?

The number of users requesting support and the lack of numbers working in Steam support are the reason it takes so long. Average support response times are locked at 2 to 4 weeks.

so then I just wait, thx for the help everyone ;)

You got the refund finally? The game in your library on your profile switched to demo.

I guess if you select the reason "bought by accident", make sure you don't have played it otherwise select a correct reason.

Because if you buy by accident a game, i doubt you also play it 1 hour by accident too xD.
This might be why it took longer as the reason was weird considering the fact you played an accidently purchaed game, it might ahve been to be really verified by support and not an automatic refund system (which it's probably the case but it's only assumption) after 2-3 hours you've send the refund request.
