Steam Downloads Stuck on "Starting" And "Queued" and won't move.

Steam Downloads Stuck on "Starting" And "Queued" and won't move.

As described in the title, the downloads/updates for games are stuck, I left my computer on while downloading two new games and when I came back to it, it was stuck on "Starting".(It was downloading perfectly fine when I left it.) If anyone has any quick fixes that would be great. Already tried fixes to do with deleting the game file that got the download stuck manually, and tried the 'FlushConfig' fix too. Nothing yet. Still stuck.

[Semi-Solved?] PS: I think the only region that's working is New York, haven't found any others that do yet, post them up if anyone gets any. :D

Same here, I think it's a Steam problem that we can't solve ourselves.

Try changing your download server to US - New York

same here,steam just crashes when i try to stop it

That strangely seemed to work....their UK servers go down or something? You know of any other ones closer to the UK are working okay?

Definitely an issue with Steam, there are more and more people posting that they are having the same issues, me included. It seems that changing your download server to something else helps.
