So i sent a steam support ticket since I bought ESO it took 4 hours to patch and that counted as playing time... I played half an hour and hated it.... requested a refund and had it denied... I opened a support ticket... How long does it take to be answered form steam support?

I think the refund policy should change for MMO's for this specific reason... patching counts as in - game time

maybe next time for games with seperate launcher put steam in offline mode and patch it.

I mean i've had a ticket out for close to a month now because none of the games on my account will work and i havent heard anything back, at least if there was a calll center i could be told id be waiting for a couple hours. Better than having my money that ive invested into the account rely on someone somewhere maybe having the time to try to help me with something a month later.

trust me, if they had a call center, you would be waiting not for hours but for ages
