For the Anti-Spyware try SpyBot: SpyBot [www.safer-networking.org]
as for the Anti-Virus I am assuming you already have one.
not good, depends on what u got. could be little thing or could be some malware, trojan or even a rootkit... hard to say
good place to start is going to bleeping computer
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/
they have people there in forums that know what they are doing and will help u...
the one thin i would say is do not trust the machine, dont use it much until u clean it.
dont do any thing with banking/credit cards cause if u have keylogger, remote control ur toast and people will get your logins... also if u have login data stored on strives to websites and such they may have those files.
so disconnect box from internet until its cleaned... and dont run it until its cleaned. if possible use another box if u have one to get what u need. personally i would do everything on other box that i have for cleaning and just remove the drives that need cleaning...
get and run free version malwarebytes
also get and run free version of the top antivirus software
also get and run free version of the top antirootkit software
also get and run free version of the top antimalware software
best to run the above form download done on another computer that you put on bootable dvd and then boot the dvd and do scan without booting into windows
also make sure your bios is protected and correct (not changed by possible bios malware), good luck doing that since the only way is to boot off clean dvd / thumb drive and do reflash, which is risky since bad reflash could mean dead board... you would have to in theory do for all your hardware components, not fun thing.
also scan of windows for damage
run command prompt as administrator and enter
sfc /scannow
but to be 100 sure resinstall windows and all your software (from scratch) since u can never be fully sure that rootkits are removed and you cannot trust any files stored on your computer, including data files. hope you got a backup. dont trust even data files, honestly..
how much u do is up to u, cleaning a box is very difficult. it all depends oin what u think u have and how much u want to clean it. its never 100% sure that its ever cleaned. if your rich, just get another box, honestly, u will spend much more of ur time doing the above than a new box costs and u will never know its 100% clean.
spybot is complete garbage, horrible at catching anything

best to go to http://www.bleepingcomputer.com
they have forums with people who knows, tutorials and links to top downloads that anyone would need to clean their box
