Perhaps if you checked your system requirements or made better educated purchases; you wouldn't have to be so reliant on the refund system which is in place not to be abused.
So; refunds take as long as they say because there is no way to speed up the process.
Good for you M8.
Maybe check the system requirements before you click the buy button.. just a thought.
Really?
Me thinks ye need to practice the 1-day rule for buying stuff. Might help you. Simply add the item to your cart. Then wait a day before finalizing the purchase, during which time you can check a few review, maybe look at the system requirements, etc. Might cut down on about 70% of your issues.
The store down the street has significantly less legal red tape and international fillings to go through.
No it stopped being your money after you exchanged it for the product.
Talk to your bank about getting it faster. Most working adults that have been paid by cheques know that bankis have a 'holding time' on cheques being lodged. I.e the amount is lodged but not available, for use. This differs from country to country. In my own country a cheque can take up to 3 business days to clear ... 5 if we're talking a foreign currency cheque.
Sure you can cash the cheque but doing so means hauling your ass to the branch of the same bank the cheque is drawn on, and again for some of us, said banks will also charge a fee for that service. So you get your cheque.. minus $2.50.
Just cool your heels and wait, or maybe adjust your buying habits so you don't wind up needing to refund so much.
also checking specs isnt the easiest thing ever since ok ram and stuff but if theres 1 little thing wrong like a graphics card the game wont play, and people like me who dont know stuff about pcs wont be able to exactly tell.you should be able to "spend" the money by at least buying the game but not being able to play it till you get the money or something, because 10 euros off is a big sale for me who doesnt generally spend lots of money on games
What you probably need to do is get a hold of your buying impulse. You say 10 euros off is a big sale... 10 Euro's off of what?
