How do you know if a Refund Request has been denied? I personally have never had anything refunded on steam but i presume you have some sort of ticket like a support ticket or they email you with the results of the request.

You get your response in around 24h whether it was approved or denied, if it gets approved it takes around 7 days to give you your money back.

I have ownly a mail that the request is been receefed (I sended a request at the 23th of july this year)
