Lost 50€ by using a paysafe card
Used an 50€ psc to add funds to my wallet yesterday, and after the purchase confirmation i got an error message that the purchase wasnt succesful and my purchase status was "pending" so after few hours of waiting the purchase finally failed and i decided to try again with the same psc, but paysafecard told me that i didnt have any funds in the 50€ pin. So i lost 50€ and didnt get any money into my steam wallet. Already sent a ticket to steamsupport with screenshot proofs from the purchase. It's been 2 days and no response and im getting worried. Has anyone had the same problem and how long did it take them to respond and did you end up getting your money back? Responses are highly appreciated!

Pending means Valve hasn't got the money yet.
It can turn into;
1. Sucessful - You get the game/wallet money
2. Failed - You don't get the game/wallet money and your money is on hold, your payment processor will return it to you within the next few business days.
When you try to spend money on a PaySafe card (or a credit card, etc.) a pre-authorization hold is placed on the funds; the money is set aside for the seller to collect, so you cannot spend it elsewhere. In this case the purchase failed, so Steam will not be taking the money. The hold will be released in a few working days. How many depends entirely on PaySafe.

Not sure, but the purchase may had failed because of a disconnection from internet. Does this mean that i lost my money and have no chance of getting them back?
