Adding Links to steam as A game. (Adding agar.io to steam as a game)

Hi, I want to open a link from steam. What I mean is, I play a lot of agar.io and I am active a lot on steam so I want to let my friends know when I'm playing it. I've tried .bat to .exe, doesn't work. .vbs to exe, doesn't work, Normal web short cuts, doesn't work. Could someone please help me! Thanks,

I can't test this myself currently, but try making a shortcut in a folder that leads to that link, and then adding it to steam. Outside of that I can't think of much else.
