Terraria 1.3 MAC Installation Problem.

When I install Terraria 1.3 onto my MacBook Pro, It instantly downloads. This is confusing as it is 200Mb large, but when I checked the download. It says that it installed 0 out of 0bytes, and when I launch it. It says the missing executable error, I went to the page for troubleshooting the error. But it didn't fix Terraria. Please Help!

Should have read the system requirements. Even on the Buy Button it says that only Windows is supported.

There is no Terraria for Mac.

Are you sure?
Because on my Steam, when I go to Mac games. It listed Terraria and even said it is out for Mac.

See the flag under the game's banner.

It's only for Windows.

Unless it was the 1.3.0.7 open beta for linux and mac

Cuz on the terror website, says released open beta on steam for linux and mac!

Fixed it, realised I had to select the open beta and then download.

there is, it says mac users can now install but it just comes up with a missing executable error

So I'm confused....will Terraria work on my mac?
I downloaded it, at least I tried, but apparently the file didn't transfer.
I don't see where to click on "open beta"
Can anyone help me?

Right mouse click the game on your Steam -library > Properties > Betas.

Sorry, I was so excited I needed to try it then I totally forgot this discussion. Sorry... Heads up for mac users, as Tuetep said, right-click the game in you steam library and se,ect properties. Then go to betas.

How do I get Terraria to load on my Mac Book Pro? When I try to download it, it only goes to 10%, and then quits. Does anyone have the same issue?
