Spider-Man The Movie Game not quite working properly....

Remember that movie liscensed game Activision made for the original Spider-Man movie? For PC it came with two discs, both to install but the second disk was required to play the game afterwards. Well, I found those two disks and decided to install it on my CyberPower PC. AMD FX-4130 Quad-Core 3.8 GHz precessor, NVidia GT-600 series graphics card. (This PC was bought 3 years ago) The installation went well. Just when I try to play it bugs ago a lot. The basic tutorial only loads Bruce Campbell's first bit of dialogue and then the screen stays black with the health bar appearing and the 4 and 6 buttons make the punch and kick sounds. This happens with most of the levels Including the Subway station level. In the first level, Search for Justice, none oif the enemies spawn, same for Level 2, which prevents you from progressing. Level three loads up the same way as the tutorial except Spider-Man keeps getting hit by something and you hear Tobey Maguire grunting until you die. Level 4 is instant death. Level 6, taking place in the sewers, starts you off further in the level than you should be. At the point with the big pipe with water blasting from it. The enemy carrying the valve to turn it off spawns but once you go through the pipe the game crashes. I'm guessing that the 2002 game just can't run on a 2012 computer. But the previous game, known as Spider-Man 2000, runs like a dream. I could fiddle around with the graphics options in the game until something happens, if something does happen. Would anybody happen to know how to fix my issue?

Maybe go to game library and click game properties and local files then verify cache then run game as adminstrator and see if it's up to date.

That doesn't work for non-steam games.

Have you ever solved this issue or are oyu still not able to play it properly? Because in my game, the enemies don't spawn sometimes either :/

I never fixed the issue. I have a new PC that is much more powerful that I am yet to try it on.

there are other problems to.
Level 7, a splash and a shocker blast sound effect is heard when the cutscene starts and once the spider sense tingles the screen fades black and then the healthbar appears but the cutscene still plays and when you press esc the game pauses and does not skip,once the the cutscene ends it goes to a black screen and the music starts playing.
Level 8, the cutscene plays again after 1 second but also has the audio from the mid cutscene
then when spiderman eneters just like the previous level the healthbar appears and the cutscene still plays but right as its over spidey stands then the camera cuts to behind spiderman but is zoomed up on him a bit and you cant move around.
Level 9, just a black screen
Level 10, same as Level 9 but then crashes to desktop in a few minutes
Level 12, black screen after cutscene
Level 13, black screen like always
Level 14, black screen but goblins machine guns are firing and will not stop
Level 15, black screen
Level 16, A black screen but spidermans health is depleted and you cant pause which means you are stuck on this screen and cannot alt tab, the only way to get out is to press right shift multiple times until you get the sticky keys messgae and it will take you back to desktop then select no then right click spiderman the movie on taskbar then click close window
Level 17, The spotted sound effect is heard and the game quits to desktop
Level 21, same as level 9
Level 22, the cutscene plays the same but Goblin is not shown and once the cutscene ends just like the other levels it goes to a black screen
basic combat, the airhorn is heard but is just a black screen
tutorial in city, instant death
target swicthing, black screen
zip swing and course, black screen and timer begins
