What prepaid credit cards are accepted by Steam here in the Philippines?

I got a GCash MasterCard and enrolled it in GCash AmEx Virtual Pay but I still can't buy even when I registered it to PayPal. In the Purchase Page and the verification with PayPal, it always said "Sorry, PayPal isn't permitted to offer American Express as a payment method for PHP. Please choose another card." I tried the GCash MasterCard number itself. It pushed through with a pending status but after so long, it always failed. :(

I'm actually buying a game for a friend and it's frustrating the hell out of me. :|

Does BPI My ePrepaid (MasterCard) and BPI More Fun Prepaid Card (VISA) work for buying games in Steam?

Rest assured that they accept both VISA and MasterCard.

Alright. Thank you!! It's just with the GCash MasterCard. I had problems using it.

You have to register the card so it has an address on file. That way steam can check the address that you enter with the one the cc company has on file. Otehr than that most pre-paid cards work fine.

Don't ever use Gcash Mastercard when buying steam wallet. Sobrang tanga ng globe. I've called them many times already and they still have no fix. Hindi magvverify yung gamit mong mastercard and you'll always wait for 5 days every after reload mo

Kaya nga eh. Di din effective ung sinasabi na kailangan US na website para magamit ung AmEx. Did you get another prepaid card or you just bought Steam Wallet codes instead?

Hi! How do you actually register the prepaid card? Should I be calling BPI? I'm getting the following error @ steam:

"An unexpected error has occurred. Your purchase has not been completed.
Please contact Steam Support."
